The head and hand studies use adapted foundations from Rain by Blender Studio, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
Mira uses adapted head geometry, facial poses and hand geometry with finger weights from the rig, prepared as independently animated forms and combined with custom proportions, colours, materials, hair and clothing. Skin painting, the arm skeleton, sleeves and poses were adapted for Mira. This adaptation was made for the Cloud Castle project; Blender Studio does not endorse it.
Three.js is licensed under MIT. The licence is included with the game.
The Cloud Castle concepts, background images and the illustrated dialogue portraits and expression variants of Mira, Jost, the Frog and the Teapot were created with OpenAI Imagegen. Rooms, clothing, equipment and Mira’s hair model are built in the project’s editable Blender sources. Music and sound effects play through Web Audio.
The English dialogue uses AI-generated recordings made with Speecho. Voice casting: Mira — Ana Rita; Jost — Spuds; the Frog — Jay; the Teapot — Samara; Alba — Adam; Pip — Cillian; Nell — Thandi; Odo — George; Basil — Callum. Sir Sockington is performed by Mira.
Original dialogue written for Mira’s Journey. Recordings are served by the game; speaking to a character does not contact a speech-generation service.
Music by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
The recordings were loudness-normalized and re-encoded for mobile playback. The game adds fades, quiet intervals and volume reduction during dialogue. Kevin MacLeod does not endorse this game. Music credits and source details.
The earlier chamber score used Salamander Grand Piano recordings by Alexander Holm, from the Tone.js distribution, under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported. Those samples remain in the project for the earlier score; they are no longer the garden’s main soundtrack. Attribution · Original notes.
